Jeff Willis has a unique blend of corporate and litigation experience. He has negotiated multi-million dollar agreements on behalf of clients and was part of a trial team that secured a multi-million dollar verdict.

He graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 2002 where he distinguished himself from his peers by being awarded the John W. Peck Trial Practice Award and the Student Advocacy Award from the International Academy of Trial Lawyers. 

 

Jeff’s success as a professional has been recognized by his peers and in the community. He was named to the prestigious Ohio Super Lawyers list—given to less than 5% of Ohio attorneys—for the past four years (2021 to 2024), as well as being named to the Ohio Rising Stars list—given to less than 2.5% of Ohio attorneys under the age of 40—from 2012 to 2015. He also was invited to the Blue Ribbon Panel to assist in the evaluation of other attorneys.

 

Jeff was recognized as a Forty Under 40 honoree as selected by Columbus Business First as an up-and-comer for business, professional, and community contributions. While practicing at an Am Law 200 law firm, he was awarded the Alice Neeley Memorial Award, which is awarded annually to the most outstanding associate as voted by their peers.

His legal writing has been featured by a leading legal publication company as a guide for other legal professionals.

 

Jeff provides general counsel services to companies, including currently serving as in-house General Counsel for Ohio Mulch Supply, Inc., which is a leader in wholesale and retail mulch sales in the Midwest.

​

He also volunteers his time mentoring newer attorneys, assisting non-profit organizations, and working the election polls.
